Backup and other devices

Your decks and progress are stored only in this browser. To move them to another device, or keep a copy, download a backup and open it in the trainer there. Restoring never replaces newer progress with older.

How it works

  • Pick the play. Each position asks for the best move or cube action, like the AnkiGammon Anki cards.
  • See the analysis. The answer shows every candidate with its equity, the winning chances and any notes.
  • The trainer grades you. The best play counts as Good, a checker play within 0.020 as Hard, anything else as Again. Change the grade before moving on if you disagree.
  • It schedules the reviews. The trainer uses FSRS, the same scheduler modern Anki uses, so positions you know come back less and less often.
  • Drills are for speed: Blunder Streak ends at your first miss, and Storm gives you three minutes. They don't change the review schedule.

Your decks can come from the community, from the web app (your own eXtreme Gammon matches), or from the desktop app with File → Export to Trainer. Already use Anki? Keep using it: the same decks import into Anki too.
