Import a downloaded .apkg into Anki with File → Import. All decks are CC BY 4.0.
Each card shows a backgammon position on the front, with the dice, score, and cube, and asks for the best checker play or cube decision. The back shows the engine's ranked moves with equities from GNU Backgammon or eXtreme Gammon. Anki's spaced repetition schedules the positions you get wrong until they stick.
Download the .apkg file, open Anki, choose File → Import, and pick the file. The deck appears in your collection and you can review on desktop, iOS, or Android. Decks made with AnkiGammon are matched by position ID, so a newer version of the same deck updates the cards without losing your review history.
Yes. AnkiGammon is free and open source: paste position IDs, drop a match file from eXtreme Gammon or GNU Backgammon, and it builds the cards for you. Export the deck as an .apkg and share it here for other players.
