AnkiGammon is a free hobby project, provided as is. Use it freely, check the analysis yourself, and only share decks you have the right to share.

Using AnkiGammon
The website, the web app, the trainer, the tools and the desktop app are free and need no account. The software is open source under the MIT License. Please don't misuse the site, for example by overloading the community decks server or gaming the votes.
Other services
HedgeHog analysis uses your own HedgeHog account, under HedgeHog's terms. eXtreme Gammon, GNU Backgammon, Anki and AnkiConnect are separate programs with their own licenses. AnkiGammon is not affiliated with any of them.
Community Decks
- Only upload what you may share. By submitting a deck you confirm it is your own work, or that you have permission, and that it does not copy a paid deck or commercial problem set.
- License. You publish the deck under CC BY 4.0, credited to the author name you give. You keep your copyright. Anyone may download, share and adapt the deck with credit, and copies people already have stay theirs if the deck is later removed.
- Not allowed: anything illegal or infringing, malicious or broken files, spam, and personal information about other people.
- Review. A person reviews every deck before it is published. Decks may be refused, edited for title and description, or removed at any time, including at your request. When a published deck is removed, the reason is given to its author where they can be reached.
Reporting a deck
To report a deck that breaks these terms or infringes your copyright, email contact@ankigammon.com with the deck's link, what the problem is, and, for copyright, what work you own and how to reach you. Every report is read, and decks that break these terms are removed.
Donations
Tips through Ko-fi are voluntary gifts. They don't buy anything, and they don't create any obligation to provide features or support.
No warranty
Everything is provided as is, without any warranty. Analysis, conversions and cards can contain mistakes; check anything important against the engine that produced it. The site and its services can change or stop at any time. To the extent the law allows, AnkiGammon's developer is not liable for any loss from using them. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
Changes and law
These terms can change; the date at the top changes with them. They are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
